  • How do I create my portal account?
    To get access to the portal please contact your account manager.
  • I cannot log into the portal?
    Please try the following steps: If you are a first time user, please verify that no blank spaces preceed or follow the password or email when copying/pasting from the invitation email. If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot your password link to reset. If you do not remember the email address associated with your portal please refer the orginal portal invitation email. If you continue to experience any additional login related issues, please contact your account manager.
  • Where is my portal invitation email?
    Search for the email. We'll send the email from "Westward Advisors Service," so you can quickly search for it. If it isn't in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
  • Where is my password reset email?
    Search for the email. We'll send the email from "Westward Advisors Service," so you can quickly search for it. If it isn't in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
  • How do I download a file or folder?
    To download a single file: By clicking on the filename a copy will be saved into your browser downloads folder. Alternatively you can select the file and click the Download button in the top menu. Find the recently downloaded file and ensure you have the correct application installed to open it (eg. Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Excel etc.). To download multiple files/ folders: Select multiple files using the check mark control illustrated in the image below. ->Hold the CTRL key to check multiple rows and then click the Download button in the top menu. ->To mark all files check the Name column and then click the Download button. Find the recently downloaded zip file and ensure you have the correct application installed to uncompress it (eg. WinZip, WinRar etc.).
  • How do I cancel my portal account?
    Please contact your acount manager to suspend or cancel your portal access.
