  We consciously designed 15 Motivating Values that demonstrate the Extraordinary Westward Culture, and demonstrate the type of work environment we strive to attain. Our Westward Values motivate our team members to create as much on the job value as possible.

  These 15 motivating values are concepts that have grown within Westward Advisors, and we believe that, in addition to the great creativity we put into Westward, these values and the overall Westward Culture are the biggest reasons for our success. Every day here, Westward offers opportunities to practice, deepen, and expand these values, and the biggest thing we can do to get the most out of our relationship with Westward is to reinforce them. The more powerful these values become within the company the more enjoyable our work is going to be and the more successful our whole company will become – and that progress and success will bring rewards for everybody.
